The Clinical Services Business Lead position is responsible for providing daily support to a team of Care Advisor RN’s. The daily work will include monitoring and supervising the activities of the call center, and being accountable for the activities of the team.
The Administrative Assistant performs a wide range of administrative/secretarial duties as assigned and maintains confidentiality of all privileged information. **External candidates only.**
Manages real-time Care Advisor (Registered Nurse) workflow requirements Thursday - Monday on evening shift. Assist Supervisors with trend reports and payroll audits. This is a non-clinical position.
